Create in 2000 by the Fingers Which
Dream and Management of the Book and the Reading, this
"Goncourt" of the best illustrated tactile model was called "Six
Points For Strong Brailler Plus". But the pun not being
translatable, it became TYPHLO & TACTUS. |

Its goal |
To create a European synergy around the
illustrated tactile album, to share experiments, techniques,
research and projects, to lower the costs and to increase the
offer. |

Its unfolding |
Each country launches a call with contest,
selects the best models and sends them to the European jury
(compound for half of visual defective people) in Dijon towards
the end November. The two preceded models, best of the year in
Europe, are then produced by Ldqr in all languages of the
participants. Each country diffuses these albums in its country.
